ANUBHA AGARWAL
I started with a shoe box as my canvas and a beautiful landscape in 2013. I am a Delhi based lawyer and a self-taught artist, a writer and a theatre actor. I have displayed my work in various art galleries in Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore.
My work is a medium for me to express deep emotions, as I delve into details to establish a heartfelt connection with the human soul. I am inspired by the ever evolving and unsolved paradox called life.
I have sold my artwork nationally and internationally in India, Boston, Washington DC, Alabama and Amsterdam.

BOOK WRITING
A blank page and a computer screen and that is how the book writing journey began.
It is fascinating how we choose to express. It can vary for each one of us from the interplay of words, a poem to a painting, camera clicks to an expression on the face, sometimes a touch, sometimes just a smile that works in a million ways. We touch each other’s lives through the connections we make and conversations and situations that move us deeply. I feel that the universe is not made up of atoms or molecules, but it is made of stories and we as people are made of these stories. I wrote this book as an expression of shared memories, moments and stories where I can see a little bit of me in you and I wish you can find in it, a little bit of you in me.

PERFORMING ARTS
Theatre, an art form that I found to be most unnerving for you fail before everyone. Teaches you vulnerability like how! I joined the Ruchika Theatre Group run by Feisal Alkazi and did three shows of a play called Jigsaw with them, performing once in Delhi and twice in Bangalore.
